LIFT 50 minutes of total body strength training to improve functional movements through weightlifting, running, rowing and more to improve overall strength. Utilizing varied gym equipment. Benefits may include increased strength, growth in muscle mass, fat loss, and improved bone density.
FIGHT 50 minutes of total body boxing incorporating interval-based boxing combinations, strength and conditioning exercises. Gloves/wrist wraps are provided. Benefits may include cardiovascular strength, fat loss and increased strength and endurance.
REBOUND 35-40 minutes of recovery, stretching and mobility work. Benefits may include reduction in injuries, improved fitness progress and more flexibility.
