Packy McDonagh, MS, LMT

Packy with his master degree in Exercise Science, is our lead coach and also programs all the fitness classes.  He has been coaching for over 15 years. He excels at working with those who have movement dysfunctions and past injuries and his number 1 goal is injury prevention. At body+fuel you can find Packy coaching classes, working 1 on 1 with clients, and doing manual therapy and sports massage.

Danielle McDonagh, RN, Perinatal Fitness Specialist

Danielle brings a unique skill combination to body+fuel. Her start in fitness and coaching came as a natural progression after years of dancing. Danielle became a personal trainer, crossfit coach, birthfit educator and most recently a nurse health coach educating patients about behavior change. 
Education/ Certifications: Mom of 2, nurse, health coach, CrossFit L-1, certified perinatal fitness instructor. UMass Boston BS Psychology; Columbia University BS Nursing; Perinatal Fitness Specialist, Nurse Health Coach, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist 

Bridget McDonagh

Bridget is one of our experienced trainers at body+fuel. She is an ACE certified fitness instructor here at the gym. Bridget's passion for fitness started when her brother Packy opened up his first gym in Dorchester. Years later Bridget seized the opportunity to start training when Packy and Brad opened Body Plus Fuel in February of 2017. 

Joclyn Belanger

Joclyn is one of our experienced trainers at body+fuel. She is a Level 1 Certified instructor and CPR & AED Certified

 

Rose Baker

Rose is one of our newer coaches at body+fuel. She is an L-1 certified fitness instructor here at the gym. Rose decided to start coaching because she cares about the integrity of movement and loves to help members find their “why” for choosing to get fit. She is passionate about lifting weights and helping people push past their physical and mental limitations so that they can reach their full potential in and outside of the gym!

 

Chelsey Ballard

Chelsey has been coaching at Body+Fuel since early 2018. She has always been an athlete, captaining her high school and college field hockey teams. After college Chelsey continues her love for fitness as a fitness athlete and later, fitness coach. Chelsey has always values exercise and it’s importance in a well-balanced life. She is L-1 Certified. 

 

Phil Chomicki

Phil is one of our experienced trainers at body+fuel. He is a L-1 certified fitness instructor here at the gym. Phil's passion for fitness started when started coming to body+fuel as a member. He delivers a great class while helping members safely reach beyond what they think they can do to reach their goals. 

Brandon Wahlberg

Brandon is one of our personal trainers here at body + fuel. If his names sounds familiar, it should. He is the nephew of Mark and Donnie and a regular on the show Wahlburgers. He is a very hands-on trainer that caters to your needs. Brandon is constantly switching up his own training regiment to stay on top of his game and has regularly trained with his uncles, picking up a few Hollywood secrets on the way! Brandon is always looking for new clients so let us know if you would like to work with him.
