Total Body Conditioning (TBC) is a combination of body sculpting, core, and functional movements for a whole body workout.  

CrossFit classes are constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement sessions.

Striking is a class where participants are taught how to properly incorporate boxing into CrossFit workouts so that overall fitness, core strength, rotational speed and power can be increased.

Women only is a specialty class combining strength and circuit training movements meant to sculpt and tone the body while building confidence in the gym.
